The public API is not enabled for this account (err_feature_not_enabled), the acting user is not allowed to clone this project, or the API key lacks the projects:write scope (err_insufficient_scope).

Project not found (err_project_not_found).

Validation failed. Error codes:

• err_name_is_missing — name was not sent
• err_name_must_be_filled — name is empty
• err_name_must_not_be_blank — name contains only spaces
• err_name_size_cannot_be_greater_than_60 — name is longer than 60 characters
• err_on_behalf_of_not_allowed — a personal access token passed another user's ID
• err_user_not_found — on_behalf_of is not an active user in the account
• err_on_behalf_of_forbidden — that user is not allowed to perform this action
