Validation failed. Error codes:

• err_no_ongoing_approval — no approval is running
• err_approver_not_found — approver_id isn't an approver in the running approval
• err_approver_not_pending — the approver isn't waiting to decide
• err_on_behalf_of_not_allowed — a personal access token passed another user's ID
• err_user_not_found — on_behalf_of is not an active user in the account
• err_on_behalf_of_forbidden — that user is not allowed to perform this action
