Uploads a file and attaches it to the application.

Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RTF, TXT, ZIP, images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF), and video (MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, WMV). Max 20 MB.
