Validation failed. Error codes:

• err_scorecard_already_submitted — the scorecard is already submitted
• err_scorecard_reminder_not_supported — the scorecard isn't linked to an interview, assessment or review
• err_on_behalf_of_not_allowed — a personal access token passed another user's ID
• err_user_not_found — on_behalf_of is not an active user in the account
• err_on_behalf_of_forbidden — that user is not allowed to perform this action
