The public API is not enabled for this account (err_feature_not_enabled), the acting user is not allowed to revoke this review request, or the API key lacks the projects:write scope (err_insufficient_scope).

Review not found or revoked (err_review_not_found).

The review is no longer pending (err_invalid_review_status_transition).

Validation failed. Error codes:

• err_on_behalf_of_not_allowed — a personal access token passed another user's ID
• err_user_not_found — on_behalf_of is not an active user in the account
• err_on_behalf_of_forbidden — that user is not allowed to perform this action
