The public API is not enabled for this account (err_feature_not_enabled), the acting user is not allowed to edit this project, or the API key lacks the projects:write scope (err_insufficient_scope).

Project not found (err_project_not_found).

Validation failed. Error codes:

• err_duplicate_member — a user is listed more than once
• err_collaborator_not_found — a listed user is not an active user in the account
• err_user_cannot_collaborate_on_projects — a listed user doesn't have the projects:collaborate permission
• err_owner_not_a_collaborator — the project owner is listed
• err_collaborator_invalid — a listed user can't be added to the project
• err_project_archived — the project is archived
• err_system_project — the project is the system project
• err_on_behalf_of_not_allowed — a personal access token passed another user's ID
• err_user_not_found — on_behalf_of is not an active user in the account
• err_on_behalf_of_forbidden — that user is not allowed to perform this action
