Creates a single-use link, valid for 15 minutes, to upload a resume (PDF or DOCX, up to 20 MB) to a candidate. POST the file to upload_url as multipart/form-data in a resume field.

The public API is not enabled for this account (err_feature_not_enabled), the acting user is not allowed to edit this candidate, or the API key lacks the candidates:write scope (err_insufficient_scope).

Candidate or application not found. Error codes:

• err_candidate_not_found — the candidate is unknown
• err_application_not_found — application_id is not one of the candidate's applications

422

Validation failed, for example an invalid application_id, is_primary or update_candidate_info.
